Our Research & Development centre is where we work on new products, exchange ideas, create desserts and develop projects in collaboration with our customers.
In close cooperation with our production units, about ten employees put their passion into addressing enquiries and calls for tenders from our customers, and develop over 400 new products every year.
That very experienced team has mastery over the fundamentals of patisserie and ice cream making and leverage their creativity to imagine the blockbusters of the future, drawing on their knowledge of the capacity of the plant and ways to control costs and lead times.
Our Research and Development teams keep an ear to the ground to develop, improve, adjust and offer attractive and tasty products to the market and our customers.
Retailers’ own brands receive the same care and dedication as that given to our branded products, with the continuous concern for responsiveness and complete control over production and competitiveness.
Innovation is the key driver of our R&D team, which develops novel products that meet the needs of consumers.
