Patisserie workshop

There is more to Thurey Le Mont, a quiet village in Franche-Comté, than meets the eye ! It is one of the main facilities making the premium patisserie of the Erhard group !

Many local people work in this production unit, including a number of pastry chefs who have been trained up by the company over the years. They work alongside newer colleagues to stay at the leading edge of patisserie trends and produce almost anything that can be expected from a good artisan pastry chef.

In individual portions or desserts to share out, choux pastry specialities, brioches, mousses and buttercream icing logs are made every day by our employees.

Our people in Thurey-Le-Mont like nothing better than a challenge and prove it by creating ever more innovative patisserie along with more traditional recipes, rich mocha cakes with coffee buttercream icing, babas steeped in rum and rolled logs with their irresistible chocolate ganache !
